Refund Policy
Paid Dogger Premium purchases include a voluntary 30-day refund window. Happy Coder Industries Limited is the seller and submits approved refunds through Stripe. A licence provided without payment has no purchase amount to refund.
1. The 30-day policy
You may request a full refund of your Dogger Premium purchase within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. This voluntary policy applies to the amount paid for the Dogger Premium licence and is in addition to rights you may have under applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within the 30-day period. Include the email address used at checkout and any Stripe receipt or payment reference available to you. Do not send payment-card details or your full licence key.
We will locate the paid order and, when approved, submit the refund through Stripe. Stripe and your payment provider may process the refund under their own procedures. An “on us” order has no payment to return.
3. Timing and payment method
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe, the payment network, and your bank or payment provider.
4. Effect on Premium
Once the refund is confirmed, Dogger revokes the linked licence and subsequent validation returns to Free limits. A refund does not delete projects, contexts, tasks, settings, files, or run history stored on your Mac.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights relating to software that is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care where applicable. If you contact us after the voluntary 30-day window, we will still consider any rights and remedies required by law.
6. Contact and related policies
For refund questions, contact [email protected]. See the Terms of Service for the Premium licence and the Privacy Policy for how purchase-support information is handled.
